Return Policy—All returns received within 15 days of receipt of shipment will be processed free of charge - those received beyond 15 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.  A copy of the original sales receipt is required for all return (please call Family Matter's toll-free number to process returns without a receipt.)  Family Matters is not responsible for any return shipping fees.

International Orders—All listed prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars and international buyers are responsible for any addition duties, excises, tariffs or taxes incurred from international shipping.
